We would like to introduce Mark, our Principal Optometrist. Mark has 44 years of experience as an Optometrist. He started Eyes and Vision in 1985. Mark has a special interest in diabetic eye management, which inspired him to start our Diabetic Eye Clinic.
In addition to this specialty area, Mark has clinical interests across many areas including digital imaging, cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration and children’s vision.
Mark is a life member of Royal Society for the Blind and Guide Dogs Australia. He is also a Foundation member of Australian College of Behavioural Optometrists (ACBO, 1985).
When not consulting, Mark enjoys watching cricket, AFL and basketball. He is a keen photographer of music, dance and theatre (as well as cricket), and he also enjoys spending time with his family, especially his wife Jacinta and their 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Mark is passionate about preventative eye care, so whether you are booking into our Diabetic Eye Clinic for your routine annual eye check, needing your annual eye test, or having some issues with your eyes, Mark looks forward to helping you with your vision.
