PRICE MATCH PROMISE
We will always strive to give you the best quality products with the best service to make sure that you get the best value in town. So if you do find an identical product elsewhere for cheaper, show us their quote and we will match the price AND include our superior service.
- Subject to presentation and verification of the competitor’s quote on an identical product (including brand, model, size, colour).
- We reserve the right not to sell at or below our cost price.
- The competitor being quoted must be located in Australia.
- It is at our discretion whether the price match guarantee will be applied to an online retailer.
- This does not apply to safety glasses, contact lenses or optometry services.
SATISFACTION PROMISE
If for some reason you aren’t happy with your new eyewear, simply return your frames undamaged within 30 days and exchange for a new frame up to the same value.
- The frame satisfaction assurance is valid for 30 days from date of purchase and allows for the exchange of one pair only.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The replacement frame may be of equal or lesser value to the first. If you choose a frame of higher value, an additional cost will apply.
- Existing lenses must be used in the exchanged frame. If replacement lenses are required, these may be purchased at the normal retail price less 20%, which is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
LENS COMFORT PROMISE
If you had your eyes tested with us at Eyes and Vision and for whatever reason you have a sudden change of prescription or are experiencing difficulties seeing clearly with your new lenses, we will exchange your prescription lenses for free within 90 days.
- The prescription lens comfort guarantee is valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
- This does not apply to lenses made with prescriptions from outside optometrists.Â
- The replacement lens may be of equal or lesser value to the first. If you choose a lens of higher value, the difference in price must be paid.
EYES & VISION 12 MONTH PROMISE
If you experience any breakage as the result of any product defects within 12 months of the purchase date, we will repair or replace your eyewear for free. This is regardless of any manufacturer’s warranty and is our personal guarantee to provide you with peace of mind.
- The replacement frame will be the same pair as the original unless unavailable in which case a replacement frame of equal or lesser value may be chosen.
- If your frame requires repair or replacement, your existing lenses will be used in the new frame.
ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE WARRANTY
We understand that sometimes accidents happen. So if you accidentally damage your new eyewear within 12 months of the purchase date and they are beyond repair, we will replace them with an identical pair at 50% off the original price.
- The replacement frame will be the same pair as the original unless unavailable in which case a replacement frame of equal or lesser value may be chosen.
- If your frame requires repair or replacement, your existing lenses will be used in the new frame.
- 50% discount against accidental breakage may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- 50% discount is off regular retail price.Â
LIFETIME SERVICE PROMISE
Our service doesn’t stop once you leave our store with your new purchase. We provide lifetime cleaning and adjustments so whether you just need a regular clean or some small adjustments to your eyewear, we continue to look after you and your needs for the lifetime of the frame.
