Prices for products or services are as listed on our website or available instore. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full before the delivery of products or services. We accept all major private health funds as well as VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept cash payments.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

We offer the standard manufacturer’s warranty for our products, which varies depending on the brand of the item you purchase but can range from 6 months for our “value range” up to 24 months for our premium products [please check the brand warranty on their website]. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we also offer an additional 1 year repair or replace warranty.

We also offer a 30 day frame satisfaction guarantee and a 90 day prescription lens comfort guarantee.
